Do the gowns come in other colours?

Yes, they can be made from a large range of colours. If you order two or more of the same style gown you can choose any colour from our range, free of charge. If it’s a one off dress order there is a fee to have the gown custom made. Please see us in store for the colour selection.

 

How long will it take to get my gown?

Wild Violet will process your order as swiftly as possible. Contact us directly to discuss you needs.

 

What will my gown cost to post?

Wild Violet will send your ball gown FREE of charge via Australia Post anywhere within Australia.

 

How can I get a matching neck tie for my partner?

At Wild Violet we understand you would like your partner to be co-ordinated with your gown, so we offer you a complimentary matching tie with every evening gown purchased.

 

I am not sure what size gown I will need

Our dresses are made to Australian standards. You can find a How to Measure guide and Size Chart for Wild Violet gowns by clicking on the size tab. Still not sure? Can I exchange my gown?

Yes, we offer a 30 day return policy on full priced gowns purchased on line only. Provided it is returned in its original condition with the tags attached and it has not been worn. We do not offer refunds on special order garments. Refunds do not apply if you have been in store and viewed the gowns in person. To learn more go to terms and conditions.
