Can I try on the gowns before I buy online?

Are you hesitant to buy online? We love what we do and are passionate about helping you find the perfect gown. I have limited appointments available for you to view the range and try on your favorite pieces. Please feel free to text, call or email with any questions or to book your appointment.

Do the gowns come in other colours?

At this time the colours you see online are the those which are available to purchase. If your ordering 2 or more dresses then Yes, they can be made from a large range of colours.

 

How long will it take to get my gown?

Wild Violet endevour to have your gown to you as soon as possible.
During our busy times gowns arrive in order of need, unless otherwise arranged.
Typically our gowns have a 12 week production time from date of order- though we can rush orders so don’t panic! Please don’t hesitate to call us if you have a query regarding time frames.

 

Can you do the alterations?

Absolutely! We can advise you of a recommended alteration service.

 

How can I get a matching neck tie for my partner?

At Wild Violet we offer you a complimentary matching tie with every evening gown purchased. We understand you would like your partner to be co-ordinated with your gown. If your in a bridal party we can make additional ties at a cost of $30 and even bow ties and pocket square! Contact us to discuss your ideas.

 

 

Can I exchange my gown?

You can exchange your gown under reasonable conditions and provided the gown has been unaltered, unworn, and in original condition. If you don’t love your gown, please contact us and arrange to return it (at buyers cost)No exchange or refund on Sale gowns or special order garments.
